Operationalisierungshinweis: Erstellung/Bearbeitung eines MIOs, Anzeige eines MIOs aus Patientenperspektive und Anzeige eines MIOs aus Perspektive von behandelnden Personen:
Numerische Laborwerte sind Zahlenwerte, welche als Dezimalzahl typisiert werden können. Das bedeutet, dass ggf. in einer Anwendung anders darzustellende numerische Werte in der Datenbank als Dezimalzahl hinterlegt werden können, welche aber (ggf. projektspezifisch) ganzzahlig oder als Zahlenverhältnis dargestellt werden müssen. Hierzu werden konkrete Operationalisierungshinweise vorgegeben. Allgemeingültige Vorgaben für die Darstellung:
- Die Angabe/Anzeige zur UCUM-Einheit titer erfolgt immer als reziproker Wert einer ganzen Zahl: Darstellung von [Ganzzahl] in der Anwendung als 1:[Ganzzahl] - > wie z.B. 1 : [32]
- Die Angabe/Anzeige zu (ggf. anteiligen) UCUM-Einheiten InternationalUnits ... erfolgt als [Ganzzahl]
