Schauen Sie sich über das FHIR-Mapping die Umsetzung in FHIR an.
Auf Grundlage der veröffentlichten Version 1.1.0 der eRezept-Profile ergibt sich folgende Änderung:
Die Extension KBV_EX_VoS_Medication_Amount_FreeText wird aus den Profilen KBV_PR_VoS_Medication_Compounding, KBV_PR_VoS_Medication_Ingredient und KBV_PR_VoS_Medication_PZN aus .amount entfernt.
Des Weiteren entfällt das Attribut .amount.numerator.value.
Stattdessen wird analog zum eRezept in .amount.numerator die Extension KBV_EX_ERP_Medication_PackagingSize eingefügt, welche die Packungsgröße in Form eines Strings überträgt.
.amount.numerator und .amount.denominator werden analog zum eRezept auf eine Kardinalität von 1...1 gesetzt.
